How long have you been doing professional photography for?
Although we have only been in the wedding photography industry for the past 3 years, we have been doing professional photography since 2018.
Have you covered Desi/Multicultural weddings?
Yes, we have covered Desi, Arab, Harari weddings previously. Desi and Multicultural wedding are our main focus.
Can I keep my photos/content private?
We understand you and your partner may need/want to keep things private. However, please note there is a minimum 30% additional charge on top of your agreed amount. As we put in a lot of effort and creativity in all of our shoots, we require to showcase our work on social media to assist with other couples getting inspiration for their own events with us.
Please notify us before the shoot takes place as we will send out revised copies of your final quote for your approval.
Will my photos be shared on social media?
Yes, your photos will be shared on our social channels unless there is an agreement. Showcasing the work that we do is a major part of what we are about. It expands our reach in the market and also serves as an inspiration for myself and others.
How much do you charge?
We generally quote my rates while taking everything in consideration such as travel, duration, special requests, add-ons etc. However, we do have a special discount on our packages at the moment to celebrate the rebranding.
How far will I travel for a wedding?
Although we are located in Melbourne, we are willing to travel anywhere in Australia and Worldwide to accomodate your needs. In general, we include up-to 1.5 hour travel or 75km in the general quote and anything beyond that, which may require overnight stay along with fuel and air fares and hire cars will be quoted to you.
Have I worked at your venue?
There is a possibility, However as professional it doesn’t matter whether we have shot at the venue previously or not. Although familiarity helps, we trust in our skillset with both indoor and outdoor photography and we are well equipped with both skills and gear to tackle and given venue and conditions.
How long will it take to receive the final product?
As part of the rebrand, we have also been working hard to upgrade my editing equipment to make faster deliveries. With the upgraded arsenal, we aim to deliver within 4 weeks of the shoot via cloud link. We encourage everyone to download their files or opt for the USB stick add-on to be delivered to them.
Do you provide RAW files?
RAW files are the original digital files and are not supplied to our clients. The RAW files are edited to give them the signature look and feel as well as fix any blemishes or technical issues with the files. High resolution Jpeg files are then exported at the same size and resolution which means you will have fully edited usable images that can be viewed, printed and published anywhere.
How long do I have access to the photos?
Generally, we allow up-to 3 months for you to download your photos from the Google Drive link. However, we will hold onto your edited photos for 2 years for your peace of mind and incase you do accidentally delete the files on your end or missed the opportunity to download them in the first place.
